Seattle Sky Club (Concourse A)

LOCATION

The Sky Club is located next to Gate A1, just past security. It is less than a 5 minute walk to all of the A and B gates, where the majority of Delta’s flights depart from. The South Satellite, where most of Delta’s international flights depart from is approximately a 10 minute walk and train ride from the Club. It offers great views of the A, B, and South Satellite gates.

SETTING

This is one of Delta’s largest Sky Clubs. There is a mix of open seating and private booths spread out over two floors. The Club offers a quiet break from the busy main terminal. Power outlets are located at most seats.

AMENITIES

The Club features a fully staffed bar with complimentary beer, wine, and spirits. Premium drinks are available for purchase using credit card or SkyMiles. A large array of hot food options are available throughout most of the day. Veggies, crackers, cheeses, and dips are available all the time. There is a small snack and drink station on the top level.

Complimentary WiFi is accessible with a rotating password posted throughout the club. Showers are available upon request.

The Asanda Spa Lounge offers a wide variety of massages and spa treatments. Prices vary by service.

SERVICES

The Sky Club staff is among the best in the Delta system. If you need to change flights or run into any travel issues, I suggest going to the Sky Club rather than a service desk in the terminal (you must have Sky Club access).

OFFICER WAYFINDER’S REVIEW

This is one of my favorite Sky Clubs. In fact, I go out of my way to book flights through Seattle, just so I can utilize this club. Few other Clubs in the system offer the level and diversity of culinary options as this one. I’ve never been to this Club at lunch or dinnertime and not seen the clam chowder on the menu. Make sure to try the Sky Club IPA, which is brewed specifically for the Seattle Sky Clubs.

The Club gets a little crowded at certain times of the day, but there is never an issue of finding a seat, especially on the top level.

Bottom line: if you find yourself in the South Satellite and have a long layover, skip the Club over there and take the extra 10 minutes to use this Club instead.
